Dream Holidays

We loved the place, the staff, the pool, the food and the beach

As I said the staff are great and so amble and for us the best customer service we ever had but we believe for a 5 start resort where 99% of the guests are foreigns from all over the world the staff should have a better knowledge of English language most of the times we had to ask 3/4 times for something because they don’t understand and for us is fine but we notice many clients were annoyed. Also we don’t understand how a 5 stars resort haven’t got a system around the pool were clients can press a bottom and a waitress will come to take an order of drinks or even food, I think the resort could make so much money if they had this service around the pool as I seen before in many resorts in other countries. Also the resort needs some entertainment during the day for children and adults too and please some music around resort particularly around the pool aérea but is these are just suggestions to improve a service and that will increase also their revenue as is a great place.

Wonderful

Beautiful resort!!! Decorated amazing! We came for our honeymoon and it was absolutely stunning! We had some issues with the room we got ( smell of mold ) and Iyrin and her team did everything so we could change the room and feel comfortable in it. The food was good and the beach is amazing!

One comment- was a bit weird to not have any music at the pool area but expect of this - perfect getaway!!

10/10. Have been recommending to all my friends and family.

The property was beautiful and perfectly situated.

We had no issues with the property just a few issues with air con not working in our room when we arrived however the staff were very accommodating to fix.

Perfect stay at the hotel for us. We can recommend it.

Very good breakfast Very near to the beach Shops, Restaurants and Massage very close by. Big, beautiful and clean room.

There are a lot of stairs if you are in a building not too close to the pool. No problem for us but this could bother someone.

Beautiful and relaxing

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we got a free upgrade to a sea view room and it was gorgeous! It was so clean and we had new towels every day for taking down to the pool on top of the towels just for the room. Great choice of breakfast with fresh eggs cooked how you like them. The pool was big to swim in and we used the pool bar a lot! (Cocktail hour 1-2 and 5-6). The sun loungers do get taken up quickly so you need to be down by 9.30ish latest to get a good one. The cafes and restaurants on site served delicious food including wood fired pizzas and delicious cakes. The beach itself is just stunning! Perfect for watching the sun set. You can walk straight out into the sea from the hotel. The sand is soft and there are nice beach bars serving local Thai food.

The spa facilities / massages were so overpriced that we didn’t use it. Literally just next door on the beach you can get a massage for a quarter of the price. We don’t mind paying a bit more for service but this seemed so high. Some of the bbqs/ events where they put on live music at one of the restaurants in the hotel was quite highly priced too which meant we missed out on seeing any of the entertainment. You can walk into the town area where there are some bars and restaurants, massage parlours, shops and travel agents.

Excellent location for a quiet relaxing break

Beautiful design, great pool, lovely garden. Rooms were spacious, air conditioning was amazing, beds were huge and very comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff were very kind and attentive. Massage at the pool was very good and great to be able to just go when you wanted. Breakfast selection was excellent with great choice. Food in the hotel was very good. Location was great - right on the beach but also only a couple of minute to the village with restaurants etc.

The breakfast area was a little disorganized in the morning-coffee running out, plates not cleared away. Room smelt a little damp when we arrived. Shower was prone to flooding no matter what way we tried to direct the shower head so a lot of wet towels.

Great value, convinient, relaxing

Super relaxing. I can spend whole day in the hotel without going anywhere. The beach is very nice, massage is fantastic, breakfast is really good. I do beach yoga and tai chi every morning of my stay. The instructor is really helpful and friendly Beach bed is enough, no need to fight over the bed haha

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Friendly staff

Staff was super friendly and helpful. All areas were extremely clean and well maintained. Love the location as its right on the beach, you can chill at the big pool area or right on the ocean.

Bathroom feels a bit small as its kind of divided into 2 areas (sink and shower-wc)

Nice!

The resort was attractively situated by the beach. It had ample pools, The room was very comfortable and I was happy to see that I could connect to Netflix on the smart TV. There was a variety of food both at breakfast and for the reasonably priced buffet.

We had to 'queue' in the rain one morning because the breakfast restaurant could not handle the number of residents, and the Hotel was not even full. Though it was more a mob than a queue. The hotel clearly needs another restaurant to cater for everyone. Breakfast was okay, no bacon though, and I would prefer a coffee percolator to an espresso machine.

Exceptional

We got married at this hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make it the best occasion. The staff cannot do enough to help you, I literally can't commend them highly enough. The location is fantastic and the beaches are beautiful. The local town where you can get food is a couple of minutes walk away maximum and there are some really nice restaurants. The food at the hotel is also amazing as are the facilities. We had the Thai ceremony in the morning and the staff were really helpful and showed us round the local temple/pagoda. The staff are heavily involved in ensuring that you have the best day. We chose to have very little to do with arranging the western ceremony in the evening and left it to the staff. I'm so glad we did as it was perfect. There is a wedding coordinator to help you every step of the way and you can be involved as much or as little in the planning as you choose. We also took the cooking class which was fantastic, the food was so good. We also had the private beach bbq and the food was delicious. The portion sizes are so huge, we couldn't finish it. The massages are also amazing here and a lot better than the local ones in town.

Wonderful place for

I love nearly everything in this hôtel. Very stylish, the room is comfortable, the staff is super nice and the location nearby the beach is excellent. We enjoyed so much the spa that i highly recommend

Excellent

The staff were so friendly & very kind with our children. It is a very calm relaxing place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The spa staff were great, really nice ambience & great massages.

We were disappointed by the quality of the food in general, I don’t think they use high quality produce. We found the meat to be very poor quality therefore avoided it altogether. The local restaurants served much better quality & more fresh produce. It’s a shame.
